三重県のスーパーマーケット「スーパーサンシ」の宅配事業だ。
利用者は1万3000人、7店舗合計で月商2億、配達は7万件、2年前から黒字化している模様。

ポイントは1500円以上買い上げで送料が無料であることと、
利用料が月500円の定額コース、1回100円のスポット配達コースがある点。
また決済方法は口座自動引き落としに一本化、不在時対応の施錠ロッカー無償貸与まで。
運営母体である、スーパーサンシ株式会社は三重県を中心にスーパーマーケットを展開しているが
総売上額は500億円を超え、従業員数2000名以上の大企業といってもいい。
しかしやっていることは結構地道。
お店の商品を自宅に届けてくれる「らくだ便」は保冷車・保冷箱で届けてくれるらしいし、
自宅で注文する場合は無料で貸してくれるロッカーに商品を収納してくれる宅配システムがあるという。
